FAQs

1. What exactly is a CoE, and why is it important?
A Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) is an official document issued by your Australian education provider. It proves to the Department of Home Affairs that you are registered in a full-time, valid course. You cannot apply for a Subclass 500 Student Visa without a valid CoE.
2. What is the difference between a Conditional and an Unconditional Offer Letter?
A Conditional Offer Letter means you have been provisionally accepted, but you must still meet specific requirements such as achieving a higher English language score or additional evidence of financial capacity. An Unconditional Offer Letter means you have fully met all academic and administrative criteria and are cleared to pay your tuition fees deposit to secure your place.
3. Can KW International help me apply for university scholarships?
Absolutely. During our document verification phase, we identify any institutional, regional, or international scholarships you may be eligible for based on your academic merits. We then assist you in preparing a strong scholarship application alongside your standard admission paperwork.
4. Do I need to certify or translate my academic documents before sending them to you?
If your original academic documents are not written in English, they must be translated by an accredited translator. You can send your original scans directly to us; as a registered education agency, our team can verify and certify your documents internally to meet the strict submission requirements of Australian institutions.
5. What is the Genuine Student (GS) standard?
The Australian Government has replaced the traditional Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) narrative essay with a targeted Genuine Student (GS) assessment framework. Instead of writing a long statement focused on proving you only intend to stay temporarily, you will now answer specific, evidence-backed questions during your admission and visa application. These questions focus on your choice of course, how it aligns with your past studies or career, and the value the qualification brings to your future. Our admission team guides you through exactly how to structure these answers transparently and accurately.
